Most of the people don’t know this, but Blackjack is centuries old and was at one time a game that was very popular in some European royal courts. There, kings, queens, dukes and the like took time off from grave affairs of the state in order to have a little Blackjack fun and perhaps gain a fresh perspective on the whole messy business that is life. Blackjack entered its greatest era when it was introduced to the North American market, where it soon took off like a fire in a gas field! Currently, most are in agreement as to it being the most played casino game on the planet, which considering the number and diversity of casino table games floating around is a remarkable achievement. Blackjack or 21 is a rather unique game. This comes from the fact that players do not compete against each other, but instead strive to defeat the dealer by getting a more valuable hand, with the best hand being valued at 21. A game that is quick to grasp, Blackjack shows strong signs of maintaining its stranglehold on the affections of gamblers worldwide for years to come! Just like other casino table games, blackjack is offered in more variants than most can keep track of. These range from the totally outrageous to the classic ones that follow standard blackjack rules. Blackjack B Live is one of the latter and is a live dealer game from Evolution Gaming. Check out its full review below.
Bone Up On Blackjack B Live And Prosper!
Blackjack B Live is only one out of many other similar Evolution Gaming products. A live dealer is used who knows her work well and smoothly maneuvers you through the game. She is located in a studio that is simple but classy, with multiple cameras ensuring sweet views of all that can be seen.
Seated at the blackjack table, which incidentally seats just 7, the dealer starts off gameplay activities by dealing the cards to those players who have placed their wagers. After receiving a couple of face-up cards, the players can Hit, Stand or Double Down. The cards used are 8 standard decks that contain 52 cards apiece.
Gameplay rules in place here are the same as any standard blackjack game. The dealer is therefore obliged to stand on all 17s, while players can double down on their first 2 cards and split these if they are of the same value.
Splits are limited to one per hand and one card only can be tacked on to split Aces. Doubling down is not possible after splitting and players can take out Insurance when they see that the face-up card of the dealer is an Ace.
In Blackjack B Live, Insurance pays 2:1, while Blackjack pays 3:2. The card values are identical to those in standard Blackjack.
Gameplay options in Blackjack B Live available to players include to Hit, Stand or Double Down. There is also a Bet Behind option for betting along with players who are currently enjoying a sweet run of luck.
Blackjack B Live is easy on the eyes and the brain matter. While there is no single distinguishing feature, it is still a live game that can deliver punchy thrills with full aplomb!
